I'm going to lie a little bit here and give you my final measurements taken BEFORE my massive all out cheat day on Saturday. I guess I can give you my regular Monday morning measurements as well, but those aren't as encouraging.

If I were preparing for a bodybuilding show or something similar, I probably would have gone with a refeed day instead of an all out cheat day, but since I'm not, I enjoyed myself with pizza, ice cream, cake, and more ice cream, while still getting in a little bit of protein as well. My main point of a refeed or cheat day is just to speed up my metabolism as low calorie/carb dieting can really halt thyroid production which doesn't help with fat loss. Since incorporating a higher refeed day, I think it's really helped my progress, as opposed to that 150-200g refeed day I was doing which didn't help much at all.
Since I was right on track with my measurements before my cheat meal I'm going to continue what I've been doing until my weight loss and/or bodyfat loss comes to a halt. My workouts are still currently four days of lifting with 20-30 minutes of cardio every day, whether it's HIIT or some sort of interval training, usually on the treadmill, but sometimes the elliptical.
One other note, my bodyfat may have measured out at 8.5% but that is with my digital caliper and those are about +/- 4% so really I could be between 4.5% to 12.5%, but the more important note is my measurements have been consistent and have gone down, the actual number isn't important. Some people are ripped at 10% while others need a lower percentage of bodyfat to bring out definition, such as myself.
